Is ARIA available in Spanish?
Yes. ARIA is fully bilingual, and you can switch this page between English and Spanish anytime using the language buttons at the top right.
I forgot our family PIN for the Family Hub. What do I do?
Open Family sign-in and tap “Forgot your PIN?”. Type your family code and the parent email we have on file. If they match, a reset link goes to that email. The link works once, for 30 minutes. Open it, choose a new PIN of 4 to 8 digits, and save it. Your old PIN stops working, and any other device signed in to the Family Hub is signed out.
